This couple is not only a set of top riders with Joe racing the pro class and Heather racing the womenís A class, but also they definitely have the ability to win. Joe and Heather are married and also work together at the Joe Byrd Quad Riding School. Heather managed to win the womenís A class this year, and Joe put on an impressive display of skill at Loretta Lynnís Dirt Days by winning overall for the race and beating the Series Champion Doug Gust by a margin of 10.82 seconds in Moto 2. Joe is a past Series Champion and is looking to do big things next year. Heather leaves her mark when she takes to the track and is hoping for a repeat victory next year. This pair of great racers lives in Union City, Tennessee, and Dirt Days would be the nearest track to them on the series. Therefore, it was even better to Joe and Heather to have both won at home in Tennessee. We here at Racer 450 wanted to take the time to talk to both of them, so we decided to just talk to them both at the same time and let them each answer the questions that we had. Hereís what they had to say.
