Most of the back part of the track still seems to be only one line. Downhill there is a gradual left to another tabletop that takes you into a banked right 180 downhill. Coming back uphill there is a small jump to a flat left 90 into a long straight. That leads into another right 90. It is followed by a short straight with a really tight left hairpin 180.

When you come out of the turn there is an S-turn back left and right that is very soft because of the mud. Out of the S-turns there is a tabletop that comes down the hill and then you will jump back up through another rhythm section of doubles. There are actually six doubles through the rhythm section. Then there is a veer to the left and a mounded right turn that you can come around the outside of. This takes you through a straight with braking bumps in front of the tower where the finish is. This takes you up to a large tabletop followed by a short straight and a left 90 to another large tabletop. This tabletop is actually right next to the start. Once you come off of this tabletop there is a sweeping left 180 with a short straight that is a bit rough. When you come to the end of the straight there is a banked sweeping right 180 that leads to yet another large tabletop. Once again, we come to a sweeping left 180 that joins that first straight that you come to off of the start.

Well, here is what you missed by not making it to Lake Whitney MX Park for round two of the ATVA GNC Motocross Series. You missed what could have been a really good track if it wasn’t for the fact that it was all mud. However, the promoter did a really good job in keeping the track up for the conditions that they had to deal with. One other part of the track that wasn’t used at all on Saturday was the Mountain. This was a section that went up a large hill with a single up and a sharp left 90 back down the hill to a big tabletop. You entered this section off of the first rhythm section and just cut out that left 180 after it and came back in on the other side of that turn. The only people that ran this section of the track were the pros and they didn’t seem to be doing too well with it in the first moto because it was still so slick. I left it out of the main part of the track report, because up until pro moto 1 they still weren’t planning to use this section of the track. Check back next time for Round three at Gatorback, hopefully without the mud!
