If you haven’t heard, there was a lot of rain this weekend. According to another popular E-Zine there was like 5 feet. However, I do not believe this to be an accurate measurement. When we arrived, shortly after locking in (pushing the button) 4x4 we noticed dozers towing large campers and transports out of the mud. John Natalie didn’t mind, he ran his new giant RV through a 100 foot mud and rut straight like it was the narliest set of whoops a camper had ever been through. Come to thank of it, it probably was.
Moto 1:
When it all began John left the pack setting, unchallenged yet again. Surprisingly Suzuki’s Doug Gust was mid-pack and Jeremiah Jones was tagging along in the rear. Around mid-race Gust passed Yamaha’s Kory Ellis and Honda’s Tim Farr. At the end of the first moto the list read Natalie, Little and Gust.
Moto 2:
WOW, holeshot number two for the day, Natalie is gone. Gust and Farr tailed while Jones must have been building sand castles some where. Gust was unable to match Natalie’s speed after a small mishap but stuck in for 2nd. Tim Farr was passed by an extremely hard charging Jones who ended up third in the moto with Farr taking third overall.
Up on the podium Natalie in a kind way thanked Team Suzuki for last week’s protest, it seems the controversy motivated him to kick everyone’s a_ _ yet again this week.
Thanks for another,
Ned.
