R450: What do you do for training?
Dana: I try to ride at least three times per week. I also ride my mountain bike on the stationary trainer every day. I also use the Dynaflex ball. I am working on being the spokesperson for this. It gets up to thirteen thousand RPM and it is great for working out your hands and forearms.
R450: Do you have any advice to give?
Dana: Don’t ride over your head and practice as much as possible. You have got to ride. When you go above A class, you have got to train hard. Practice hard and be safe.
R450: How many Freestyle shows do you do in a season?
Dana: It just depends. I have one coming up in a couple of weeks in Missouri. A lot of them are overseas. Freestyle is a bit played out in the states. I really like doing the natural terrain stuff and step up. That stuff is cooler to me. Wait till you see my video, it will have a lot of stuff that is just completely different. It won’t just be a soundtrack; it will have audio in it and everything. Also, I have a newly redone website coming out soon too.
R450: I notice that you are sporting lots of Blingstar stuff, are they treating you good?
Dana: Yeah, it is official; they have me and John Natalie as their signature riders. I have my own signature series nerfs and bumper. They are just great. The bumper is an actual race bumper with number plate and everything.
R450: Is there anything else that you would like to add?
Dana: I just want to say thanks to; Blingstar, Jagermeister, Flexbars, PEP, DVS Shoes, Dana Creech Racing, and the rest of my sponsors.
/ Dana, we appreciate you taking the time to talk to us, and good luck with racing. Also, we wish you luck with your other endeavors. /
