R450: When did you start racing the nationals?
Dunk: I started racing the nationals for my first full season in 2000. I ran the 250A class.

R450: When did you start running pro?
Dunk: I started the pro class in 2003. That makes this my third full season in pro since I started the class.

R450: How did you come up with the number 19?
Dunk: Honestly, there is no hidden meaning behind that. I saw a couple of bikes with that number and liked the way that it looked. So, I started running it and stuck with it.

R450: What tracks do you like the most?
Dunk: Red Bud is probably one of my favorite tracks, and High Point is close to home. I am really looking forward to High Point. Like I said, it is close to home and a lot of the local guys that I race with will be there. Also, my family comes to High Point.

R450: Which is probably one of your least favorite tracks?
Dunk: The track in Texas was just way too narrow. The facilities were good, but the track wasn’t up to national standards.

R450: What do you think of the track here at Macon?
Dunk: The track out here is pretty good. It is getting rough, and that is what this track is known for, because it is all sand. It just keeps getting rougher and rougher, which is great. The second moto will be really good, because the inside line in the first moto wasn’t that rough, so it was still faster, but by the second moto, the outside line will be used a lot more, because it will be smoother. That will make it that much better of a race.
