Although clenched earlier at London, KY Honda rider John Natalie was awarded 2005 Motocross Champion this weekend in Hurricane Mills, TN. The race however was won by last year’s winner Joe Byrd, a Tennessee native and ATV racing legend. Both riders were aboard Hondas this season, giving Honda not only the championship but also the opening and closing victories of the season with 1/1 moto wins, Round 1 at Glen Helen was won by Tim Farr aboard his 450r.
Racer 450 would like to give special thanks to all the riders who raced the Nationals this season and give a special shout out to John and Joe for their victories.
